Public Offer

This document constitutes a public offer (hereinafter — the “Offer”) by Individual Entrepreneur Marina Valerievna Voronova (INN: 312817470820, OGRNIP: 326310000018611), hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”, to enter into a distance retail sales agreement under the terms set forth below.

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. This Offer governs the relationship between the Seller and an individual (hereinafter — the “Buyer”) arising from placing orders on the website https://suschestvo.com (hereinafter — the “Website”).
1.2. Placing an order on the Website constitutes full and unconditional acceptance (acceptance of the Offer).
1.3. The contract is considered concluded at the moment the Buyer places an order.
1.4. The Seller reserves the right to amend this Offer at any time. The current version is published on the Website.

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
2.1. The Seller agrees to transfer goods (including clothing, jewelry, and other items) to the Buyer, and the Buyer agrees to pay for and accept the goods.
2.2. Product descriptions, characteristics, and prices are available on the Website.

3. ORDER PROCESS
3.1. Orders are placed via the Website interface.
3.2. The Buyer must provide accurate information.
3.3. The Seller is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information.

4. PAYMENT
4.1. Payments are processed through payment providers, including YooKassa.
4.2. International payment methods may be available.
4.3. An order is considered paid upon confirmation of the transaction.

5. DELIVERY
5.1. Delivery within Russia is carried out via CDEK.

Estimated delivery time: 4–7 business days
Cost: 500 RUB

5.2. International delivery is arranged individually with the Buyer.

Estimated delivery time: up to 14 days
Details are agreed via email or Telegram.
5.3. Delivery times may be extended due to circumstances beyond the Seller’s control.

6. RETURNS
6.1. The Buyer has the right to return goods of proper quality within 7 calendar days from receipt.
6.2. Return shipping costs are covered by the Seller.
6.3. The product must retain its original condition, packaging, and tags.
6.4. The following items are non-returnable:
	•	underwear;
	•	socks;
	•	jewelry;
	•	made-to-order and pre-order items.
6.5. Returns must be coordinated with the Seller in advance via:

7. PRE-ORDER
7.1. Some products are available on a pre-order basis.
7.2. Pre-order items are produced specifically for the Buyer.
7.3. Such items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

8. LIABILITY
8.1. The Seller guarantees that goods correspond to their description.
8.2. The Seller is not liable for:
	•	delivery delays caused by shipping services;
	•	minor differences between product images and actual items;
	•	actions of third parties.

10. GOVERNING LAW
This Offer shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Russian Federation.
